Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Purchase terms

  • Both individuals and legal entities can buy products in the online store.
  • By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms.
  • The seller reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

Delivery

In Lithuania:

  • Venipak parcel lockers – 1–3 business days, price: free
  • Itella courier – 1–2 business days, price: free
  • Pickup at the store in Vilnius (Čiurlionio 7-1K) – free. Pickup is available on business days from 11:00 to 17:00.

International:

  • The delivery price and time are calculated individually. After you place an order, we will contact you about the delivery terms.

Payment methods

  • Bank transfer – the order is processed only after the payment reaches our bank account.
  • Cash on pickup – cash payment is possible only when collecting the goods at the store in Vilnius.

Returns

  • Goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
